Bryan Eyes Another Industrial Park

Bryan city leaders are preparing an 80-acre piece of vacant land for what they say will become the city’s second industrial park.

The Bryan Times reports that the property just east of Ohio 15 will be developed into four 20-acre lots, which will come complete with municipal electric, water, communications, sanitary and storm sewer service, and with natural gas provided by Ohio Gas.

City officials hope to have the property ‘shovel ready’ by mid-summer.
