Bryan Police nabbed some­body for it yes­ter­day, and now they are on the road to learn­ing that les­son. On Wednes­day evening around 7:30, Bryan police picked up 49 year old Scott Sisko of Palmer Lane in Bryan. Sisko is now charged with hav­ing an Open Con­tainer. He was arrested, processed, and then released, pend­ing a future court appearance.
