A Bryan man was sentenced Monday in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to theft. 33 year old Frank Rice III of Bryan, was sentenced by Judge Jeffrey Robinson to 11 months in prison and ordered to pay $2,371 in restitution to Walmart. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, between May 15-24, 2016, Rice stole several items from the store.
