Bryan Police picked up 22 year old Britani M. Smith of E. High St in Bryan on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court for failing to appear for pretrial on an OVI and Possession of Marijuana charge.
She’s virtually guaranteed to appear at her next appointment with the court. Smith was first taken to court and released. She was then however, taken to CCNO on a pickup order from Williams County Adult Probation.
