BRYAN PD ARREST

Bryan Police report the arrest on Thurs­day of 24 year old Raphael A. Her­rera of 110 E. But­ler St., Bryan.

Her­rera was arrested on a bench war­rant out of Defi­ance Munic­i­pal Court for Fail­ing to Appear. He was taken to CCNO.
