Bryan PD Offer Little Explanation On Arrests and Quick Releases

Bryan Police on Mon­day arrested 18 year old Jor­don Boerger of Swan­ton. Boerger was charged with OVI, Open Con­tainer and Pos­ses­sion of Drug Para­pher­na­lia. He was released by police.

Also yes­ter­day, Bryan Police say they arrested 18 year old Harley Palenske of Bryan, who they charged with under­age con­sump­tion. Palenske was also released by police, who have pro­vided no fur­ther details at all on either arrest.
