The Bryan Planning Commission Monday approved two requests for use variances. One request was to install storage units to the currently grassy area behind Carpet Wholesalers at 211 S. Union St. The carpet company would lease the space to the storage unit’s owners. Plans propose for four structures that would house eighty different-sized storage spaces.
