On Sunday morning, Bryan Police arrested 29 year old Daniel Vela of Pioneer on a warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court for failure to pay fines.
Vela wasn’t difficult to locate. He was already behind bars at CCNO on a charge of failing to reinstate his license and speed.
He was served with the new charges yesterday, and he remains locked up in CCNO.
