BRYAN POLICE CATCH AND RELEASE ANOTHER

Another catch and release over the week­end involv­ing Bryan Police.

Early yes­ter­day morn­ing, around 2am, 23 year old Ste­fan Bates of Mont­pe­lier was caught and arrested for dri­ving under sus­pen­sion and for OVI.

Accord­ing to Bryan Police, Bates was sim­ply released after being stopped.

No other details were pro­vided by police regard­ing that traf­fic stop.
