Bryan Police Report Busy Sunday

A busy week­end for Bryan Police… On Sun­day, 23 year old Johann Brock of Antwerp was arrested for OVI, not using his turn sig­nal, run­ning a red­light, and not wear­ing a seat­belt. In the end though, Brock was released. Also on Sun­day, police arrested 34 year old Mar­sha Love of Bryan and charged her with pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and drug para­pher­na­lia. They also released her. And finally on Sun­day, Bryan Police arrested 43 year old Mar­tin Her­nan­dez III of Bryan, charg­ing him with Felony Domes­tic Vio­lence. This time, they didn’t release him, but rather locked Her­nan­dez up at CCNO on that charge.
