Bryan Police Tight-Lipped About Arrests

An OVI arrest over the week­end in Bryan. Bryan Police say they col­lared 22 year old Logan Pape of Celina, Ohio early Sun­day morn­ing, around 3am. Pape was released by police who didn’t pro­vide any fur­ther infor­ma­tion.

Bryan police also say they arrested 42 year old Don­ald Laney of Bryan on Sun­day evening, around 7:20. Laney was charged with men­ac­ing, then released. Again, police have not pro­vided any fur­ther details sur­round­ing that arrest either.
