This year, Bryan’s Business & Industry Show is putting a special emphasis on the industrial part of its moniker in a multitude of ways that Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce Director Dan Yahraus hopes will continue in the future. The free, public show’s new location is an industrial, one-room, open-floor plan facility at the New Era building on Mulberry Street in Bryan, a highly functional space for which Yahraus has high hopes. The Bryan Times reports the layout, which Yahraus estimated is about 170 by 200 feet, only takes up a portion of the industrial floor, sectioned off by black curtains. If the show should stay there in the future, it will allow the showroom to get larger over time. Firms like Yanfeng, Spangler and Ohio Art will be on hand this year looking to show off what they do and possibly hire employees.
