Buggy v Truck In LaGrange Co

Another car versus buggy crash over in LaGrange County. This time, responders were dispatched to a County Road 200 North location at the County Road 400 intersection. Investigators tell reporters the buggy driver, Laura Miller should have given the right of way to pickup truck driver, Jamie Heisler of Bryan. Miller was taken to the hospital with neck pain. She told officers she didn’t see the truck coming.
