Burke Trial Underway

Randy Burke…the former Napoleon High School coach and teacher charged with sexual imposition…has his case begin this week Jury selection in the trial is now finished. It consists of 10 women and four men. Two of the 14 are alternates. Three witnesses, two former athletics directors at Napoleon High School and the current one, were called to testify to begin the proceedings. They all testified at some point, one or several female cross country team members complained of Burke’s advances.
