An Antwerp man is indicted on two charges of aggravated vehicular homicide stemming from a multi-vehicle crash in June. Zachery Burns is accused of causing the death of father and son, David and Storm Levy. Burns also is accused of aggravated vehicular assault to two others involved in the crash.
