Early voting in Ohio is only less than a week in, yet many local boards of elections are reporting voter turnout to be on pace with previous election years.
EArly voting began last Tuesday,a nd the polls will remain open over the next three weeks. The last day of in-person early voting is Nov. 3, the day before the general election.
Officials with the Defiance County Board of Elections, reported good numbers of in-office early voters.
Officials in Henry County have reported a steady turnout of early voters so far as well, as have officials in Putnam, Williams, and Fulton Counties.
Of the six counties locally, Paulding County has recorded the least number of early voters, at about 800.
