As promised, downtown Bryan Christmas decorations started coming down this week, so they could clear the way for the courthouse roof and tower repair project that is set to be begin after the first of the year. The nearly $1.5 million dollar restoration will repair in exterior and interior of the turrets, balconies, chimneys, repairing the areas of the main roof around those structures, and a new flagpole and stand to go on top of the courthouse.
