Car break-ins on the rise

Bryan police received complaints of 21 vehicle break-ins on Sunday alone. Police Chief Mike Willis says most of the vehicle owners reported nothing was stolen, but five of the complainants did get robbed. Willis says residents need to lock their valuables in the trunk and lock your vehicle.
