Car show returning to Gathering in Unity Days

After a multi-year absence, the West Unity Chamber of Commerce has decided to bring back the car show for this weekend’s Gathering in Unity Days. Anissa Meyers, one of the people in charge of the show, said the festival has lacked a car show since the person previously in charge of it dropped out a few years ago.The show, set for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, has garnered quite a bit of interest, with people calling and emailing her about being a part of it. The festival runs from Friday through Sunday. The parade will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with the theme being “Life is an Adventure,” and Just Add Kidz Inflatables will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
