Car V Buggy In DeKalb

A car gets into an accident with a horse and buggy in DeKalb County on County Road 68. Investigators tell reporters Mindy Harris of Leo was westbound on 68 when she rear ended the buggy. The impact sent several people in the buggy flying onto the roadway. Two people, a woman and her son were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Harris told the police, glare on her windshield prevented her from seeing the buggy. The investigation continues.
