Car V Ped In DeKalb

A person hit by a car in DeKalb County is expected to be okay. Authorities told reporters a 17 year old girl was walking with another person along SR 327. The driver of the car told officers the victim had walked in front of her vehicle when the accident happened. She tried to swerve but couldn’t. The victim was taken to an area hospital in stable condition. No word on any charges as of yet.
