A Bryan man who raped a men­tally hand­i­capped per­son, was sen­tenced Wednes­day in Williams County Court to 11 years behind bars. 54 year old Ricky Rothen­buh­ler pleaded guilty last month to rape, and fail­ure to notify author­i­ties of a change in address.
