Theft suspect indicted in Fulton County

In Ful­ton County, a Mont­pe­lier man was indicted this week for theft. 33-year-old Jason Franks is fac­ing one felony count of theft. Accord­ing to court doc­u­ments, the man is accused of steal­ing more than $1000 worth of prop­erty in October.

Defiance Elementary power outage blamed on construction
