Wauseon Library to close one day for upgrades, training

CSX is ask­ing the county and Defi­ance to close six rail­road cross­ings, includ­ing at Hire Rd., to vehi­cle traf­fic. There were inter­mit­tent 911 out­ages through­out the county yes­ter­day morn­ing.
