Cause Of Defiance Fire Listed

Inves­ti­ga­tors have now deter­mined that the cause of a fire that left a Defi­ance man crit­i­cally injured back on Aug. 3rd, was acci­den­tal.

It hap­pened at a home on North­wood Drive in Defi­ance, when Gre­gory Dob­son used some accel­er­ant to light a char­coal grill, which was close to the house.

Dob­son was crit­i­cally injured, and the result­ing fire caused dam­age to the two story home esti­mated at $200,000.
