Christian radio host in Toledo arrested

In Toledo, a Christian radio host was arrested after police say he inappropriately touched a woman. 52-year-old Mark Howington allegedly went into the restroom at the Target store in Toledo and slapped a woman on her backside. He was arrested and officers say he was uncooperative. He had a screwdriver in his pocket and Vaseline in his sock, according to published reports. He will be in court today facing charges of assault, carrying a concealed weapon and obstruction of justice.
