A man who led Defiance police on a pursuit on Christmas Eve while he was under the influence was sentenced to prison in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. 39-year-old Tracy Lowe was given a 30-month prison term. He was charged with failure to comply and OVI. Lowe must pay a $1,075 fine for the drunk driving conviction and had his license suspended for three years. Lowe crashed twice while trying to elude police.
