Closures In Montpelier

The Village of Montpelier has taken several precautions to fight the coronavirus. The first was closing down the village office, including the utilities department. Officials say it’s all done to keep with social distancing practices. Starting with the April 15th bill, the village is allowing people to go on payment plans. No penalties will be placed on any overdue bills, though a penalty notice will still be sent out.
