It appears there may be a buyer for the Colonial Manor Motel, in Bryan. Shree Hari Ohio Hospitalities, a company registered in Chicago, have signed a purchase agreement for the motel on E. High St…closed since Aug. 31, when Bryan police served a temporary restraining order on motel management. The place is known for violence and drugs.
