Combs Trial Underway

The Brian Combs murder trial continues in a LaGrange County courtroom. Combs is accused of beating Clayton Rust to death after finding him in bed with his girlfriend when he came home unexpectedly. The defense continues to try and get the point across, Combs acted out of extreme shock, to try and get out of the premeditated murder accusations that could be used by the prosecution. The hope by the defense counsel is that will get the charges lowered to manslaughter in the case. They have nearly completed their witness testimony. After that, closing arguments.
