Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio officials will be hosting open house tours of the facility. The jail started in 1987 when Williams, Fulton, Henry, Defiance and Lucas counties formed their own Corrections Commission. One commissioner from each county serves on the board, along with each county’s sheriff.
