Commissioners approve quote from Konica Minolta for annual maintenance costs for the On-Base System

As recommended by Williams County Recorder Patti Rockey, Willams County commissioners on Monday approved a quote submitted from Konica Minolta for annual maintenance costs for the On-Base System and the purchase of local government licenses at a cost not to exceed $46,952.08. Rockey also informed the board after reviewing all of the OnBase licenses the county currently has she has found that purchasing, replacing and eliminating under-utilized licenses will save over 42 percent annually on the maintenance costs.
