Congratulations, Roy

It was Roy Rozell Day, in honor of his 50 years of perfect attendance and membership in the Montpelier Rotary Club. Laura Gray, a village council member, read the proclamation. Rozell says it was “just determination” that got him this far. Abbie Wurm, Montpelier Rotary president, said in honor of his years of service, the club would pay his dues and for his meals the rest of the year. He was also presented with a commemorative clock.
