Contract Time

The Bryan City Council unanimously approves a negotiated tentative contract for city police dispatchers…gives raises to two employees…and may look at setting criteria for future raises for managers. Council approved salary increases for the City Engineer and the Parks and Recreation Director. Others would like the city’s wage committee to gather in the near future and come up with further criteria for merit wage increases as well as bonuses. Council passed the ordinance approving the dispatcher’s contract under suspension of rules requiring three readings.
