Crash On 15

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash Friday in Washington Township at the intersection of Mulligan’s Bluff Road and state Route 15. Officials say…22-year-old Nicholas Jacob was northbound on Mulligan’s Bluff Road. They say Jacob failed to stop at the state Route 15 interchange. That’s when 38-year-old Joshua West hit Jacob in the intersection. A 13-year-old in Jacob’s was flown to a hospital in Toledo. Jacob and West were both taken to a hospital in Defiance…there’s no word on their condition.
