A Henry County man is charged with a rape that occurred several years ago. Rigoberto Currichi, of Napoleon, was arraigned. Currichi requested and got court-appointed counsel. A preliminary hearing is set for Thursday at 1:30 p.m. The victim is a Napoleon juvenile female. Currichi is held at the Corrections Center in Stryker.
