A Defiance County grand jury returns an indictment. Joshue Killion is charged with trafficking heroin and cocaine, a first-degree felony. Investigators say, Killion sold over 10 grams of heroin and similar amount of cocaine. In a separate case, Jesus Torres-Salas of Springfield and David Carrillo-Rivera, of Mexico, were each indicted for one count of trafficking marijuana. During a traffic stop in Defiance, they were found in possession of over 40,000 grams.
