DC Jury Update

A pair of area residents are indicted by a Defiance County grand jury. Timothy Meine of Bryan, was charged on one count of domestic violence. Investigators say on June 25, he caused physical harm to a female household member. Jennifer Hines, 47, of Sherwood, was indicted on six counts of illegal use of food stamps and other benefits. Authorities allege on six separate occasions, at businesses in both Defiance and Paulding counties, Hines used another individual’s food stamp card.
