DC Troublemakers Brought In

Several Defiance County students are taken into custody after they were engaged in a conversation that created concern for the safety of students and faculty at Tinora High School. After an investigation, three male students were charged with being a delinquent by inducing panic. The boys were 15 and 16. Police say there was no danger. The incident may result in more police presence at the schools.
