Deadly Shooting In K-Ville

One person is dead…in a shooting at a Kendallville gas station. Officers are called to the Gallops, on West North Street. A 911 caller advises dispatch…there are several people shot…one shooter….since fled the scene. Two victims are taken to an area hospital…in critical, but stable condition. Soon after…another is pronounced dead back at the scene of the attack. The suspect?…24 year old Matthew Rodriguez…is 5-8…225…black hair…brown eyes. Rodriguez is considered armed and dangerous. He is last scene driving a red, 2010, Kia Forte…Indiana plates…A-Y-W 7-1-3. Do not approach if you see him…call the cops, instead. The case continues.
