Defiance Area Foundation kicking off its March Madness campaign.

By allowing the community to participate in a friendly fundraising competition, the Defiance Area Foundation is kicking off its 2026 March Madness campaign. What began as a modest endeavor has grown in strength. In 2024, the campaign raised $2,855, and in 2025, it raised $12,461. The community is now being challenged by the foundation to make this year the largest yet. Community members can contribute to the Defiance Area Foundation’s local school fund during the month-long March Madness online giving competition.
