Defiance firefighters train for vehicle crash extrications.

This week Defiance firefighters kept their training up for vehicle crash extrications with sessions at the city’s water plant property on Baltimore Street. The training keeps first responders current on the latest techniques to deal with the worst vehicle crashes and to prepare them for new types of vehicles and related engineering. This week’s extrication training includes work on new electric vehicles.
