It’s time to “Take Me to the Rivers” with the annual Defiance Jazz Festival. This year’s festival will be Saturday and is moving back to Kingsbury Park. The event was held downtown last year. The festival helps promote jazz music and showcases local jazz legends “Wild” Bill Davison and Milt Buckner. The evening before the jazz festival, there will be a special presentation about Buckner at the Stroede Center for the Arts. The event, which will be held from 6:45-8:30 p.m. Friday, is free and open to the public.
