Defiance Man Charged In Child Sex Case

A man from Defi­ance is accused of 14 child porn related charges. 25 year old Alexan­der Rose­brook pleaded not guilty at his arraign­ment on eight counts of pan­der­ing sexually-oriented mat­ter involv­ing a minor, and six counts of ille­gal use of a minor in nudity-oriented mate­r­ial or per­for­mance. All those charges are felonies, and come fol­low­ing an inves­ti­ga­tion that revealed that Rose­brook pos­sessed or shared mate­r­ial in which minors were par­tic­i­pat­ing or engag­ing in sex­ual activ­ity, and for pos­sess­ing or shar­ing mate­r­ial show­ing minors in a state of nudity. Rose­brook was held on $200,000 cash bond, and his pre­trial hear­ing is now set for April 6th.
