Defiance NYE Celebration Cancelled

After looking at the weekend forecast, officials at Arps Dairy and the Defiance Development and Visitors Bureau came to the decision to cancel the inaugural NYE Countdown celebration, Sunday at Defiance Triangle Park. This weekend’s weather is supposed to have evening lows well below freezing, the National Weather Service predicts a Sunday evening low at -5. Officials say they will add a winter event to the schedule in the coming weeks.
