Dominique Will Stand Trial

Court officials say a Bryan man, accused of possessing child pornography is competent to stand trial. Daniel Dominique, pled not guilty by reason of insanity in October in a Williams County courtroom. He was ordered to undergo a competency evaluation in Toledo. Dominique’s next pretrial conference is set Jan. 30. Dominique is accused of possessing images or videos of a minor engaged in sexual activity.
