A driver has been indicted on multiple charges following a crash that killed a 92-year-old woman in Lucas County in January.The crash happened around 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 21 at Lyon Road west of the Bono curve, according to Jerusalem Twp. Fire and Rescue, near Curtice.Lyon Road is near Phantom Fireworks. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a 23-year-old from Cleveland, Caleb Moore, was driving west on Route 2 when he allegedly went left of center, striking a car being driven by Terry Miller, 67, of Curtice head on.
