A motorist is cut out of her vehicle by first responders after it leaves Paulding County Road 209, near Township Road 140 and comes to rest in a water-filled ditch. The motorist was taken to Mercy Defiance. The name has not been released by troopers. The crash investigation is underway by both state and local officials.
