Drivers Wanted

The nationwide labor shortage has had a particularly strong effect on bus driver staffing…and Bryan City Schools is among the many districts affected. Officials noted during Monday’s regular school board meeting that the district is down four drivers with the start of the school year a little over a month away. Some on the board asked if the shortage could cause bus routes to be reconfigured. The answer?…it’s possible…some are looking into that and other alternatives, right now.
