Drug Arrests On The Toll Road

Two West Virginia residents are brought in on drug and paraphernalia charges after a traffic stop on the Indiana Toll Road, near the Howe/LaGrange exit. Officers say they could smell marijuana in the car. A search netted the drugs, as well as a quantity of heroin. Edward Butler and Tiffany Dicapua were taken to the LaGrange County Jail. A small child in the car was released to his mother. Both have court dates, soon.
